I am a passionate developer of individuals and teams. I teach and coach both the strategic and the interpersonal skills needed for success in today’s full-on workplace environments. The skills required to build organizations and to inspire others; the skills to create high functioning and healthy businesses. I do this with leaders and managers, with experienced professionals, and with those young in their careers.

For twenty five years my clients have included entrepreneurs, business owners and senior managers in the small business, corporate, academic and not-for-profit sectors. Supporting the building of workplaces that nurture learning, creativity and energetic connections between people is at the heart of my work.

Stylistically, I am practical, energetic, open and caring. I embody an optimistic stance with a focus upon individual strengths and team competencies. Working in this fashion brings hopefulness and energy to my clients along with the courage to try new things and make change.

I have augmented my coaching training with self-study in the growing field of neuroscience. These discoveries from neuroscience research have changed the world of coaching.

I am privileged to have been taught by masters in the fields of Organizational Development, Coaching and Individual and Family Therapy among them John Carter of the Gestalt OSD Center in Cleveland and Dorothy Siminovitch, co-founder of the Gestalt Center for Coaching.  Most of all I am graced by my work with Edwin and Sonia Nevis, giants in the field of Gestalt Coaching and OD and co-founders of the Gestalt International Study Center of Cape Cod. I try every day to carry their legacy and honor what I learned from them.
